We considered many alternatives before choosing ppSD2 to handle all of our private content management, and we could not be happier with its ease of use, power, flexibility, and reliability. Plus, their pre-sales support, installation and technical support team have been incredible. They went way beyond the call of duty on an installation that ended up having a lot of complexity and issues due to a server migration and several other technical issues we were struggling with at the time.

So many software companies these days have awful support -- slow; can't reach a human by phone at all; wait-wait-wait, get an incomplete response, then wait-wait-wait again, a suggested solution doesn't work as promised, etc.. I have been using ppSD2 for around 9 months, and I have to say this software is amazing. After getting quotes from $10,000 and anywhere up to $40,000 for our website, we were shocked to find this software that does 99% of what we wanted, at these kinds of prices! After using this software for 9 months, knowing how versatile this software is I would happily pay $5,000 for this software. Their support is second to none, and living in Australia I thought it would be a challenge, but any support request I make is answered by the time I wake up.
