What is a Scheduled E-Mail?

A scheduled e-mail (also known as an autoresponder) is an e-mail that is sent at a specific time without you needing to manually trigger the sending of that e-mail.[1]

Types of Scheduled E-Mails

Scheduled E-Mails can be sent to either users or leads based on any of the following:

  1. Before Expiration Date: “x” years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds before a user’s account expires.
  2. After Expiration Date: “x” years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds after a user’s account expires.
  3. After Join Date: “x” years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds after a user joins.
  4. On Exact Date: On a specific date and time.

You can also specify exact criteria that a user’s account has to meet before he/she receives a scheduled e-mail.
