Basic Search

The basic search is located in the top right corner of the control panel. When using this search, the program will search the entire user database for any similarities to the query inputted.

Ajax Capabilities

The basic search is equipped with an Ajax search feature that will automatically return results with either a username or e-mail matching the query. You do not have to submit the search form to use this feature. To use this feature:

Username Include Feature

Throughout the admin control panel there are pages on which an existing username is requested. In the event that you want to include a username within these fields but do not remember the specific user’s username, use the Ajax search to find the user you wish to include and then click the “username include” icon Username Include. The “username” field will be automatically populated with the selected username.

Advanced Search

To access the advanced search:

From this screen you can specify specific criteria that all resulting users/leads must match to appear on the list of results.

Search Criteria: Inclusive?

All Inclusive: The search will attempt to match all of the selected secure areas, newsletters, statuses, and database fields.
Exclusive: Areas: The search will attempt to match the secure areas selected (”Secure Area Access & Statuses”).
Exclusive: Statuses: The search will attempt to match the statuses selected (”Secure Area Access & Statuses”).
Exclusive: Fields: The search will attempt to match the database fields selected (”Additional Search Information”).
Exclusive: Newsletters: The search will attempt to match the newsletters selected (”Newsletter Subscriptions”).

Search Criteria: Criteria?

Must match all of the above criteria: All of the criteria selected within the advanced search page must be matched for a user to be displayed within the search results.

Must match any of the above selected criteria: Any of the criteria selected within the advanced search page must be matched for a user to be displayed within the search results.
