Listing Users
From the admin control panel:
- “Users” > “List Users”
Icons

| Quick edit of the user’s account. For full editing capabilities, click the link associated with the first column of the listing table. | |
| Quick e-mail of the user. For full e-mailing capabilities, access the user management screen and click on “E-Mail User” | |

Status Color Codes
At the very left side of the listings table is a color code that reflects the user’s current status.

Listing Leads
From the admin control panel:
- “Users” > “List Leads”

Determining Column Headers
To determining which fields appear in the table columns, from the admin control panel:
- “Setup” > “Options Editor”
- Click on “Control Panel and Database Related Options”
- Leads:
- Edit the option entitled “Display Fields for Lead Listings”. Select the 4 different fields that you wish to use as headers on the lead listing table.
- Users:
- Edit the option entitled “Display Fields”. Select the 4 different fields that you wish to use as headers on the user listing table.
