Adding a User or Lead
From the administrative control panel, click on:
- “Users” > “Add a User”
Select whether you wish to add a user or lead (”User Type”).
Users
If you selected “User Type” as “user”, proceed to enter all of the information that you wish to associate with this user’s account.
Expiration
This field controls when the user’s account will expire.
Lifetime Account: The user’s account will not expire.
Exact Date: The user’s account will expire on a specific date.
Add Time from Today?: This option allows you to expire the user’s account at a specific time sometime in the future. Examples: 1 year from today; 6 months from today; 3 months and 12 days from today; etc.
Password Sharing Exempt
ppSD2 is equipped with an advanced password sharing detection system known as “Trackstat”. If the “Password Sharing Exempt” checkbox is ticked, the user will be exempt from all password sharing abuse tracking. Concurrent logins will also be permitted for this account.

Custom Start Page
This field controls where the user will be redirected when he/she logs in. Click here for information on login redirection rules.
Maximum Permitted Logins
This field limits how many times this user can log into his/her account. Leave it blank for no limit.
Subscription Information
If you wish to set up a subscription for this user’s account, tick the “Create a subscription for this user.” checkbox. Additional information will appear allowing you to select a subscription product and input a credit card for the user.
Require user account information update
The program is equipped with a system that requires users to manually update their account information every “x” timeframe (this is based on the program “Setup” option entitled “Require User Update Timeframe” and the program “Setup” option entitled “Require User Updates?” being set to “Yes”). If wish for the user to update his/her account information the first time he/she logs in, tick the “Require Update” checkbox.

E-Mail this user a welcome e-mail
If this checkbox is ticked, the user will be emailed to inform him/her that his/her account has been created. Template used for this email is entitled “Account Added by Administrator”.
Note: In the event that you chose “Status” as “Pending E-Mail Activation”, the user will receive an email that uses the template entitled “Activation Code” and will need to click a link within that e-mail before having access to his/her account.
Leads
If you selected “User Type” as “lead”, the following information will disappear from the screen:
- Password
- Secure Areas
- Optional Account Details
- Digital Product Access
- Subscription Information
Input any additional information requested on the screen. It is highly recommended that you input an e-mail for this user to ensure that he/she receives scheduled emails targeted towards your leads.
