Sending a Newsletter
After adding a newsletter, dispatch the newsletter to all of its subscribers by doing the following from the administrative control panel:
- Hover your mouse of “E-Mail” and click on “Send Newsletter”
- Newsletter: Select the newsletter that you wish to send.
- From: Input the “from” line for this e-mail
- BCC: If you wish, input a BCC to which the outgoing e-mails will also be sent.
- Subject: Input a subject for this e-mail.
- Message: Input the primary content for the outgoing e-mail. Please note that you can use any caller tag on this outgoing e-mail to include pertinent information related to the user’s account, such as the user’s username, expiration date, name, etc..
- Batch Size: Controls how many e-mails are sent together before a brief break. We recommend leaving this number under 300.[1]
- Send this email in HTML format: Ticking this checkbox will mean that you will need to input the e-mail’s “Message” in full HTML. Otherwise the e-mail will be sent in plain text.
- Trackback: If this checkbox is ticked, you will be notified when a user read the e-mail. Note that this only works if you selected “HTML Format”.
- Save: Ticking the “Save a copy of all outgoing emails” checkbox will save a copy of the sent e-mail.
- Attachment: Select whether you wish to attach a file to the outgoing e-mail.[2]
- Click “Dispatch Newsletter” to begin the sending process.

Please note that some web hosts have a limit as to how many e-mails you can send per day. Please contact your web hosting provider for more information on your daily limit.

Note that large files will slow down the sending process.
