Trackback System
The trackback system will inform you whenever a user opens an e-mail.
Requirements for Trackback to Work
- The e-mail has to be sent in HTML format. Plain text will not work.
- The user has to load images on the incoming e-mail.
Determining Whether an E-Mail Was Read
From the Administrative Control Panel
From the administrative control panel, view the list of Saved E-Mails”
- Hover your mouse over “E-Mail” and click “Saved E-Mails”

Notification By E-Mail
If the program option entitled “Notify E-Mail Trackback” is set to “Yes”, the program will send a generic e-mail with information about who opened the e-mail, when the e-mail was opened, and how many times the user has opened it.
